Lovecraftiana - A Tribute To H.P. Lovecraft and The Cthulhu Mythos

I've always been a fan of the gentleman author, and I've always wished I could imitate him somewhat when I write. Unfortunately, I also wish I could string two sentences together coherently, and since this is true I know I'll never be able to entertain you with a chilling story. Instead, and although I have led the life of someone who could be a lead character in the old man's tales, I've decided to put up this tribute page. So, this is a tribute page to the mythos that had its genesis in the writings of my favorite author, and yes I know that he didn't conceive the "Cthulhu Mythos" as it exists today, but he is the source of it all.

I hope these pages will be appreciated by any Lovecraft fan who cares to stop by. Ia.

Cthulhoid File: The Sonoma Bigfoot Video

I'm keeping track of potential sightings of Old Ones or their spawn as revealed in the news or other media. This page concerns Mark Nelson's encounter with the Sonoma creature.

The Tree On The Gravestones

As I was travelling on business through Clarksville, Texas, I saw this immense post oak tree lying on the gravestones in the Clarksville Cemetery. So, naturally I grabbed the camera and started snapping pictures Pictures taken in August of 2008.

Abijah's Hoadley's Last Sermon Discovered

Entitled The Devill And His Imps Are Alive And Well In Dunwiche, this is a version of the Reverend Abijah Hoadley's memorable sermon that he preached the Sunday before he disappeared. It is not readily apparent whether this copy differs substantially from the published version at Springfield, assuming that such a version really exists (and was not created by Lovecraft himself). The copy on these pages was transcribed from notes taken by one Mrs. Catherine Whately. She was a member of the Congregational Church at Dunwich at the time of the Reverend's disappearance (1747).
