"When sorrow weeps oer virtues sacred dust, Our tears become us and our grief is just, Such were the tears he shed who grateful pays, This last sad tribute of his love and praise."
To the memory of JANE CHANDLER GILL consort* of WILLIAM H. GILL who departed this life at Jonesboro Red River County, Texas September 20th, 1816. aged 31 years 8 months and 20 days
