Cattails Milk Pitcher by Sears, Roebuck, and Co.

I found this milk pitcher during a dig several years ago and, despite being cracked through and through, it still hasn't fallen apart. Only one small chip (not visible) is missing, and I found it inside the jar itself.

The bottom reads, "Sears, Roebuck, and Co. Oven Proof Cattail, Made in USA." "Cattail" refers to the decal treatment; these pieces were made in the 1940's by Universal Potteries. One of these (in good condition) was priced at $30 on the internet (2007).
