Whiskey Decanter

This is a very nice liquor bottle, brand unknown (that is, if there is a brand; this looks to me like it may have been part of some sort of aftermarket bar service set). The top is corked and there is no trace of a label. It came into my possession about 20 years ago along with a few other bottles that were given to me by a fellow who had inherited the lot next to where I lived.
